What to
Expect?

Visiting a church can be a wonderful experience but it can also be a little daunting if you don’t know what to expect. Although no two services are exactly alike, here at Freedom Church you can expect a heartfelt welcome where you don’t have to stand up and announce yourselves.

Here’s what you can expect on a Sunday morning when visiting Freedom Church.

Morning Service

We begin with music, praise and worship, followed by exciting announcements and collecting an offering.

Pastor Clay then delivers a spirit led message which never fails to be relevant, insightful and sometimes comedic - and ends the service with an opportunity for prayer.

Although lives are changed and the power of God is present, the atmosphere is warm, relaxed and feels like home.

Be prepared to laugh because we believe you can have a good time in church!

Attire

What should I wear? We never want something like clothing to be a problem for you. What you consider appropriate for a church setting is likely reasonable to us. You will see people from business suits and dresses to pants and jeans. Of course, there is a standard of decency we would appreciate, but most of all wear what is comfortable to you.

Parking

There’s ample parking on site!

As you approach the building from

Wheaton Avenue (Main Entrance),

simply bear to the left.

Our parking attendants are happy to direct first time visitors to designated parking areas.

As You Enter

The first people you will see as you enter the Welcome Center are our Hosts and Hostesses. These are friendly and helpful volunteers who can direct you to the Sanctuary for the main service; to our Children’s Church area if needed; to the restrooms, etc.

They are there to answer any questions you have or to assist you with anything you need.

Have some questions?

As You Enter
The Sanctuary

Ushers are positioned throughout the sanctuary to help direct with the order of services. They will help you find a seat, offer a bible if you would like to borrow one, and direct you in which way to go if you choose to participate in the offering.

First Time Guest

At Freedom Church,
we are always happy
to see you!

We assure you, you will not have to make any remarks.

However, all first-time visitors will receive a small thank you gift for joining us when you fill out the card given to you in service.

Simply drop it back off to the Welcome Center (where you came in).

Please let us know how you heard about Freedom Church.

Have Children?

Excited Children in Science Class

We have an incredible team of volunteers

who are trained to assist you and your children during our 10:30 service!

Children Church

Please register children by 11:00 A.M

If you have children from potty trained to ten years old, they are going to love Children’s Church - Freedom Kids.

Our Children’s Church begins with music and praise together before going into smaller age-based groups for innovative biblical teaching.

The entire morning will be fun, energetic and instructive. Our goal is for each child to be themselves while growing in the things of God. Of course, if you prefer, your child can accompany you in the main service

After Service

After service, we invite you to enjoy a cup of coffee and light refreshments. Or, feel free to linger in the Sanctuary and introduce yourself to Pastors Clay and Andrea.

They would love to meet you. If you have any questions or would like to sign up for upcoming events, classes, or study groups, the Host and Hostesses team is right there at the Welcome Center to assist.
